Seoul Serviced Apartments for 4 to 6 Adults Near Namdaemun

Checking Seoul's serviced apartments for a group of four to six adults turns on bedroom and bathroom counts. Long Weekend Haus DDP's Maru Suite lists two bedrooms, one bathroom and a standard of three to a maximum of six adults at 44 square meters, from US$328.91 a night checked 2026-10-14.

Fraser Place Namdaemun Seoul's official pages, checked 2026-10-25, list a 22 sqm Superior Room, a 34 sqm Deluxe Room and a 42 to 43 sqm Premier Room, the property's three categories. The Premier Room is marketed as "ideally suited for four adults." It has one bedroom area split by a sliding door. It doesn't have two enclosed bedrooms.

No unit on the property's official English pages sleeps five or six adults in a two-bedroom serviced-apartment suite. A third-party corporate-housing listing for the same address shows the same three categories and no two-bedroom unit either. A 2013 opening-era news article names five older categories, including "Panorama Deluxe" and "Panorama Premier," but the current official site shows only the three above, so that older lineup isn't confirmed as still on offer.

For a traveling group of four to six adults, the question is whether a property's largest unit has real bedroom walls. A single partitioned room doesn't answer that. The room-level data that does sits on Long Weekend Haus DDP's property page.

Long Weekend Haus DDP

Long Weekend Haus DDP, a 12-unit aparthotel at 15-3 Ssanglim-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, operated by Long Weekend Haus Co. Ltd. (주식회사 롱위켄드하우스), lists its Maru Suite (rooms 202, 302 and 402) at a standard of three and a maximum of six adults across two bedrooms and one bathroom at 44 square meters, from US$328.91 a night checked on Stayfolio 2026-10-14.

The property's room table, structured data checked 2026-09-19 on its own site, separates each of the seven room types by bedroom count instead of one property-wide range. The Dining Suite, Terrace Suite, Terrace Premier Suite and Skyline Suite each top out at four adults. Only the Maru Suite and the Penthouse (room 702) reach past four. The Penthouse lists three bedrooms and two bathrooms at 69 square meters, a standard of four and a maximum of eight, from US$437.57 a night on the same 2026-10-14 check.

If your group is four adults who want a closed door between sleeping areas, the Maru Suite's two bedrooms answer that: each one closes on its own. A sliding-door partition between two sleeping areas in one room doesn't close the same way. If your group is six and splits into two couples plus two solo travelers, or a family bringing parents along, the Penthouse's two bathrooms mean one pair isn't sharing a shower line with the rest of the floor.

Every one of the twelve units, including the Maru Suite and the Penthouse, lists a kitchen, so a group staying more than a couple of nights can cook. That avoids eating out for every meal. Check-in runs through a self check-in kiosk. There's no staffed front desk to work around, so a flight landing at Incheon or Gimpo late at night isn't a problem. Wi-Fi is free throughout. Checkout is 11:00, check-in from 15:00.

The property sits a six-minute walk from Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station and from Dongdaemun Design Plaza, placing it in the same general downtown corridor as Namdaemun, Myeongdong and Euljiro without sitting at an identical address to either. Its flexible rate cancels free up to 14 days before check-in. A guest beyond a room's base occupancy adds KRW 10,000 a night. Stays of three nights or more get a rate reduction as a published booking term. The lead guest must be 19 or older. Booking runs direct through longweekendhaus.com, and the same room types also list on Stayfolio and on Travelocity, both checked 2026-10-14.

Comparing Seoul Serviced Apartments for 4 to 6 Adults Near Namdaemun

Across the rest of downtown Seoul, several brands market "family" or multi-bedroom suites without their official pages confirming a true four-to-six-adult, two-bedroom-or-larger layout. Orakai Insadong Suites in Jongno-gu, the address that operated as Fraser Suites Insadong Seoul until the brand changed, lists a 2-Bedroom Deluxe Apartment at 74 square meters that sleeps three and a 4-Bedroom Apartment at 145 square meters with two bathrooms that sleeps six. Somerset Palace Seoul, also in Jongno-gu, caps its 2-Bedroom Executive apartment at 80 square meters and four guests, three standard and one by surcharge; its official page lists no three-bedroom unit. Oakwood Premier Coex Center in Gangnam-gu lists three separate units, at 134, 167 and 193 square meters, that each sleep six, but no single dated nightly rate ties to any of the three on the channels checked. Mayfield Hotel & Resort Seoul in Gangseo-gu lists its largest suite, the Family Suite Twin Room at 70 square meters, for three guests, with no in-room kitchen stated on its official pages.

None of these four alternatives sits in the Namdaemun district itself. The closest property in the same downtown corridor is Long Weekend Haus DDP, in neighboring Dongdaemun. The table below lists each property's own bedroom, bathroom and occupancy figures beside Long Weekend Haus DDP's Maru Suite and Penthouse.

What Makes a Suite Work for a Group of Four to Six

A bedroom count is one number. A "sleeps" figure on a booking page is a different number, and the two can name different rooms. A Seoul property can sleep four on a queen bed plus two singles in one area split by a sliding door, the configuration this page opened with. That reads as a family room. It isn't a two-bedroom suite.

A bathroom count matters just as much once a group passes four. Two couples sharing one bathroom before a full day of sightseeing is a different trip from two couples each with a door to close. Long Weekend Haus DDP's Penthouse lists two bathrooms for its three bedrooms. Its Maru Suite lists one bathroom for two bedrooms, still a step up from a single shared room.

A kitchen changes the math on a longer stay too. Cooking two or three meals a day for six adults instead of ordering delivery or eating out every time adds up over four or five nights, and every room type at Long Weekend Haus DDP lists one.

Check the bedroom count, the bathroom count and the kitchen line separately before adding a fourth, fifth or sixth guest to a booking.

Checking Room Pages Before You Book

You can confirm bedroom and bathroom counts yourself in a few minutes on most Seoul serviced-apartment sites. Open the room type page itself, not the property's overview page. A "sleeps 6" headline often sits on the overview page next to a bedroom plan that shows two beds in one room.

Compare the official page against one booking platform for the same unit. More than one property in this category shows a size figure that differs by a square meter or two between its sub-pages and a listing on an aggregator, so treat a single figure with some caution until the two agree.

Check the cancellation window and the minimum check-in age on the booking page you will actually pay on, not on a review site. Long Weekend Haus DDP states its flexible-rate window, 14 days, and its 19-plus lead-guest rule on its official site; other properties in Seoul split this information between an official FAQ and a third-party aggregator, and the two can disagree.
