Editorial policy
Every price carries the date it was checked and the terms it applies to. Every neighborhood guide lists only stays in that neighborhood. Products are named by their official names, and what a product does is stated from its label, not its advertising.
Accuracy
Every factual claim must be attributable to direct observation, product documentation, a reported source, review consensus, or clearly labeled structural inference. Source conditions and meaningful conflicts belong near the claim.
Sources
Every name, date, product version, ingredient list, quotation, regulatory citation, and brand claim is checked against a current source we can attribute. A material change brings a new updated date, and where something is uncertain we say so instead of smoothing it over.
Editorial independence
What we cover and what we conclude is chosen for its usefulness to readers. Favorable treatment, or approval of an independent editorial conclusion before publication, is not something a commercial relationship can buy.
Updates and corrections
Material factual errors get an open, visible correction. Edits that leave the meaning intact may be made without a formal note.
